Incubation program under Green Schools on “Environmental Education and Sustainable Development” was organised at Z.P. School Dattanagar, Sonai, Tal. Newasa. Mr. Junned Bagwan, Kunal Dahatonde and Sanket Temak (MAESA Volunteers) worked as experts. (MAESA Volunteers) worked as experts. During this incubation, basic concepts like surrounding, environment, biodiversity and pollution as well as importance biodiversity (Trees, animals, microbes) were explained to the school children. They were also educated on the topic ‘hazards of plastic’ and given awareness for avoiding use of plastic. They were asked to observe birds, insects and plants around them and draw their pictures in their drawing books. The school headmaster and teachers were also actively participated in training and incubation program.
